These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MonetizationWay (the "Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. The Service
MonetizationWay is a community exchange platform. Free members earn watch time and subscribers for their own YouTube content by watching other members' videos and subscribing to other members' channels (a fair, 1:1-style exchange). Paid plans are also available for faster, bulk delivery of watch time and/or subscribers, fulfilled through the same real-community mechanism or by community delivery tracked on your order.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Platform
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse limits, credits, or promotions is not allowed
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or fake/duplicate accounts to generate watch time, subscriptions, or credits
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the credit, payment, or delivery systems
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or in violation of YouTube's own policies
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without our written permission
- Interfere with the Platform's normal operation, security, or availability (including scraping or excessive automated requests)
Violating these rules may result in suspension of credits, order cancellation without refund, or permanent account termination.
5. YouTube Compliance
MonetizationWay is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. All watch time and subscriptions delivered through the Platform come from real community members — we do not use bots or fake accounts. However:
- You remain solely responsible for ensuring your own use of YouTube and of this Platform complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- We make no guarantee regarding YouTube Partner Program eligibility, monetization approval, or that YouTube will not take action on your channel for any reason
- We are not liable for any strikes, penalties, demonetization, or account actions taken by YouTube/Google against your channel
6. Payments, Pricing & Delivery
- Plan prices are shown in USD at checkout, inclusive of any active discount at the time of purchase
- Accepted payment methods may include PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer, and manual bank/wallet transfer, depending on what is enabled at the time
- Orders paid via PayPal or Skrill are activated automatically once payment is confirmed by the payment provider
- Orders paid via manual transfer or Payoneer require you to upload payment proof, which our team reviews — typically within 24 hours — before the order is activated
- Delivery (watch time / subscribers) begins once your order is active and you have attached a valid YouTube video or channel link, and is fulfilled progressively by the community, not instantly
7. Refund Policy
- Because delivery begins immediately once an order is active, we generally do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed orders
- If a paid order has not started delivering and you wish to cancel, contact support within 24 hours of payment for a review
- Payments rejected during manual review (e.g., unverifiable proof) are not charged/activated, so no refund is necessary in that case
- Refund requests are evaluated case by case at our sole discretion
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including specific plans or payment methods) at any time, with or without notice.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or abused the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time via our Contact Us page.
10. Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, branding, and software are owned by MonetizationWay. You retain all rights to the YouTube content you submit; by submitting it, you confirm you own it or have the right to promote it through our exchange.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results (such as reaching monetization thresholds).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonetizationWay and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, data, or YouTube channel status, arising from your use of the Platform.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make material changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
