MonetizationWay ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform") provides a community exchange where creators earn real watch time and subscribers by watching videos and subscribing to other creators' channels, with optional paid plans for faster delivery. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never see or store your plain-text password)
- Country and gender, if you choose to provide them
- Your IP address and basic device/browser information at signup and each login (used for account security and fraud prevention)
YouTube Content You Submit
- YouTube video URLs and channel URLs you add to earn watch time or subscribers
- Video titles and channel names associated with that content
Usage Data
- Watch time you give and receive, subscriptions you give and receive, and timestamps of those actions
- Credits earned and spent, and daily limits applied to your account
Payment Information
- If you purchase a paid plan, we record the amount, currency, payment method (PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer, or manual bank/wallet transfer), a transaction reference, and — where applicable — the email address the payment was sent from
- We do not collect or store your card numbers, bank account numbers, or payment passwords. Card and wallet payments are processed directly by our payment providers (PayPal, Skrill), who have their own privacy policies
- For manual bank transfers and Payoneer, you may upload a payment screenshot as proof — this is stored securely and only visible to our admin team for verification
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account, and verify your email address
- To operate the watch-time and subscriber exchange, including fair daily limits and abuse prevention
- To process paid plan orders, verify payments, and deliver the watch time/subscribers you purchased
- To send transactional emails: verification, password reset, order confirmations, and payment status updates
- To detect and prevent fraud, fake accounts, and automated/bot abuse of the platform
- To respond to support requests sent through our Contact Us form
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking. Disabling cookies in your browser may prevent you from staying logged in.
4. Third-Party Services
We share limited information with the following third parties, only as needed to provide our service:
- Payment processors (PayPal, Skrill) — to process your payment when you buy a paid plan
- Google reCAPTCHA — to tell human visitors apart from bots on our registration, login, and contact forms
- Email delivery (SMTP provider) — to send account and order-related emails
- IP geolocation lookup — to detect your country automatically during signup
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We may disclose your information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of our users, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you).
6. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Unverified accounts that never confirm their email are automatically deleted after a grace period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including password hashing, CSRF protection on all forms, and validated file uploads for payment proofs. No online service can guarantee 100% security, but we work to keep your information safe.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Children's Privacy

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised policy.
